Its abit tough to get avg rental of RM1500..so dont talk about Rm1800 per month..But anyway coming years all residential yield should be around 2-3% only over your purchase price. Nothing much you can do...as &quot;the rich&quot; will continue to leverage and invest. Happy Investing.

		<description>I&#039;m not sure whether it belongs to a lawyer.  If i&#039;m not wrong the developer&#039;s name is Kinsabumi SB.  Have u heard of this developer? One of their past project was Donggongon Square.  The condo project consist of 4 blocks (15 storey each). Total units around 810.  All units are of the same size (1,014 sqf).  Is it consider high density? I see the location is good but since there are so many units, I&#039;m concern about whether it can be easily rented and whether it can cover my monthly instalment of RM1,800!  Management fee is RM150 pm.  Your kind advice is much appreciated!</description>
