Happy to know my portfolios for the year of 2009 still bear’s colorful fruits despite global economy crisis with growing total numbers of properties owned and rising in overall values. My personal wealth account is a summary of all my inflow and outflow of my money, total asset, total liability, revalued properties, total rental portfolio, total acreages and the most important is “GOALS” for next year.
