It was 999 before conversion and it&#039;s still 999 after conversion. That&#039;s the way it should be - no matter what you &#039;know since day one you started investing&#039;.</description>

As long as their is change of land use, normally Land office going to change the tenure to 99 from 999 years. Its known since day one I start investing. Happy Investing.
