Thanks for the quick feedback…. I am planning my very first land investment and a bit awestruck by all the details required.

May I ask how I can contact you in person or even visit your office for advise or just a cup of coffee to chit chat?

My plan is to buy what I can only afford without any borrowing ~ which will mean to limit my purchase to a small land and then I shall build a little villa for myself!

It’s not easy to sub divide title nowadays. I know some players in Tuaran does this but how secure it is..I’m very doubtful. Happy Investing.

Congratulations on the website and very interesting to see that the moderator is also active in giving advise whenever possible.

I have recently come to know of a person selling NT bungalow lot near the Tuaran hospital. The advertisement came out on several newspaper for some months now, I believe not much buyers or maybe I am wrong.

However, they mentioned that there are remaining only a lot or two with some 30+ sold…. my problem is that I am a non-bumi and will probably use my brother in law’s name for this purchase.

The question I have is whether this seller can actually split his land title into smaller bungalow lot NT titles? How difficult task is he facing for this process?

hi,
i need advice that i`m going to buy a land at sandakan near by POIC sandakan. the problem is the land is surrounded by other people land. the question is, can i have a road entering my land ? do i need to discuss with the other land owner which i need to bypass their land or just go to government to apply? if to apply thru government , which dept. i need to go?

My flathouse at kepayan ridge, i want to change the house ownership. Originally the house ownership is under my father’s name, however he been away for couple of decade, we want to keep the ownership, can you advise me, what should i do to have the house ownership?
