If you’re coming from KK, after Taman Antarabangsa, just turn in from the junction between St. Simon Church and Shan Tao Secondary School. Other buildings around that area are Tai Chi Association and Dixon Building

I am an Australian real estate agent currently hollidaying with my family in KK. In researching the Jesselton Residences after reading an article in the newspaper yesterday I came across investkk.com. It has been very informative reading. Are foreigners able to invest in property in KK? If you could point me to where I can find out more about this subject I would greatly appreciate it.

My client just sold his Indah Court unit for RM285k. The area you mention are hot area, not easy to find. Open your eye and ears bigger everyday if you really want and the best way, go round within this area during weekend..maybe you can find it yourself. Happy Investing.

Fyi, I didn’t manage to buy the Api-Api apt because the seller no longer wants to sell & intend to rent the unit… I’m interested to buy Indah Court, Rainfield apartment or terrace house in Luyang & Damai area.
