Few decade ago Singapore also a small town.. The picture I show in the blog is the real face of Kudat. The opportunity is tremendous. Government have to join in to make it a success. As I mention 80/20 rules always apply. It’s my foresight. Hope it will turn real one day from now…30% of what Bali have today..Its enough for SABAH!! Happy Investing.

Hi CK WONG,
I have been to Kudat couples of years ago, and my impression is Kudat is a small town and good for MM2H. My concerned is Malaysia government must have a plan to improve the infrastructure especially along the beach. Besides,the private developer also have plan and willing to participate in the housing ,shopping mall and hotel development. Kudat is a potential township for tourist.
