Time and exprience will proof to us that retail lots does give good returns to investor expecially for mall that is big enough and surrounded by matured residential and commercial activities. Adding some into your portfolio would be your choice if you found one!!! I personally know few investor in town who only invest in retail lot. Today they are collecting millions of rental per month ie 560sf at City Parade collecting RM16800 @ RM4200 per lot with less than 140sf!!!
