I heard that the shopping mall at putatan already obtained OC. Any idea about it? Its seem like quite sometimes you did not update your blog regarding the properties at KK.

Why residential but not commercial? For your information, the land is an NT land and owner in front of our land going to build a shopping centre like city mall concept. How will it impact on our land. Is it advisable to join venture with them? or wait for another few years.

Then I believe you can plan for some residential development there in view of location. The market value should be around RM40-RM50 psf depending on the usage of the land,NT or CL, zoning, and accessibility. Happy Investing.

Thanks for your replied. The land at the back of the newly build building Tasty Wok near cross junction traffic lights. The land is 1.3 acres.

How big is the land at the back of Lido? Central Plaza? I’m avoiding that area for investment. I dont think the rental yield and appreciation is good enough. Happy Investing.

For the past 20 years, office investment has never proven good. Next 10 years is unknown but I prefer to avoid unless entry cost is cheaper than market value. Happy Investing.
