hi CK, how do you think of Eden Height? I’m thinking of buying 1 unit there for long term investment. I think the condo is undervalued considering its prime location however the main concern is its poor management.

Shop apartment would not really enjoy appreciation and rental yield over the long term. Its cheap entry cost but bear in mind…better than nothing. Happy Investing.

its tough to say. The main thing that push up our overall property prices is the “cost”. So whether you like it or not..new development going to be more expensive from current. But in terms of potential, I still prefer KK area. Happy Investing.

When I enter property investment I heard same story..property going to drop!! Until today despite economy crisis,our property still on the up trend. Like it or not only time will proof your decision today. My advice is that, invest with calculated risk!!dont blindly invest.. It dies help. Happy investing

I heard the property around the world is dropping in value. My fren who bought a house 4000 sq ft, AUD 400,000 4 years ago in perth, now has dropped few percent, rather than appreciating. location near town and airport. will tis happen in KK? commercial properties and condos are being built like nobody business. the global economy is down. Wat;s ur view? WIll the property market in KK affected? Hope u can share.
