I’m new in property investment. I need advice in property investment. Is it worth to invest in low cost apartment such as sri maju in sepanggar as the demand for renting is high around RM500 – RM650. Mostly the potential tenant are politeknik, Uitm students and also government servants working in PutraJaya. The actual price of the apartment is around RM43000 and they are selling at RM80,000 to RM85,000. Any risk to buy this low cost apartment? What the market will be after 10 year from now? Hope to hear from your advice.</description>

		<description>hi guys,just wan to share with you guys that i m going to KL this thursday ....WHY...?? just share with you guys that i m buying a condo in KL....HOOREYYY....WHY i invest i KL but not in KK...may b i share my reason with u guys,OK...the condo that i m buying name ENDAH PROMENADE...980sf abt 400k at 18flr,total about 370unit.....It just obtain OC in last MAY,is a very GOOD workmanship ,quality,good security,is a soho concept...since the condo got the OC till today,d occupancy rate is 50% n keep growing every week...ground flr of the condo you can found OVER TIME pub n cafe(is a famous frencise),7-11,saloon &amp;many more shop open up,the best part of the condo is on 8th flr,infinity look for gym &amp; swimming pool (u may see bikiny girls swimming there)  ,club hse n sport area all there ...the reason that i invest becos the seri petaling LRT is just 5 min walk away frm the condo,95% is serrounding by chinese area,excess to 5 major hihg way..is a highly demand by the expertrate ,rental range rm1,500-2,000.
I don see this in KK now ,but the price for condo start frm rm 400-700/sf....and it still in a illustration ...i invest in wat i see,ready to collect rental in very soon..i dont buy illustation,so guys...pls study KL property...u may find the golden goose,the reason why i choose KL is KK dont have that much of population,less demand,becos average income KL is always HIGER than KK....and the developer in KK are MAXIMIZE their profit..invester don hv any more upside to go....so guys..pls do compare  &amp; study for your property investment........all the best....happy invest.</description>

Wow!! Is the rental too low at kk area that its hard to get a rental yield of 8%? Here in lets say subang jaya there are condos with 6-7% yield but I thought of investing in kk cause its my hometown. Now it makes me think again to buy my 1st property for invest in kk.</description>

hi bro,if u can press a little bit for the price..let say 310k…..just take it…becos low desity condo n good security is a 1st choice …i force this condo is situated at good excees….i don dare to say the capital uppreciation but i believe the demand frm pilot,stewadess,doctor n some goverment tanant u r easy to rent for 1200-1500…..happy invest.
