Thanks for taking time to write all this useful article. I am still a young investor planning to buy land like my grandfather. May I ask what do you think of the going price of land in Membakut area in Sabah?
Do you see potential in that area? If the land I am intending to buy is PL 999 years?

Actually, it’s a big money for my current monthly income…. 15K per acre or 46.5K for 3.153 acres (RM0.34 psf).

Since that land consider close to town, any possible government will take it with very cheap price for development purpose??

“Now somebody wants to sell LAND but expensive for you…. but one day you may have money to buy, but nobody wants to sell LAND to you”

Hi CK & all,
Plan to buy land at Beluran (Some of my friend say ‘dead town’ – not going to develop so soon)

Land location within 3km from town centre & 2km from main road and no road access, Empty land, NT title only…. Price: 15K per acre (3.153 acre)… it’s good for investment??

The land is about 2952.9 acres…RM9500 per acre..has been terraced and cleared, with palm oil nursery, workers’ houses and canteen, and it’s about 36km from the main road…
